Role Description

About the role The Key Stage 2 Teacher at Haberdashers' Knights Primary plays a vital role in delivering high-quality education that supports both academic progress and the wider development of every pupil. The successful candidate will plan and deliver consistently strong lessons in line with the National Curriculum and established schemes of work, setting clear objectives and using effective assessment to track and support progress. They will create engaging and challenging learning experiences that build on prior attainment, maintaining pace, motivation, and high expectations throughout. The role requires careful monitoring of pupil progress, with timely intervention to ensure excellent learning outcomes and positive behaviour. In addition to classroom teaching, the teacher will provide pastoral support, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the personal, social, and emotional development of all pupils.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire students across all key stages. You will play a crucial role in helping students develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills, preparing them for success in both their academic and personal lives.
